What we never do

• We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, not ever.
• We do not share your data with marketing, advertising, or data broker networks.
• We do not use your removal data to train public AI models.

Storage and security

Data is stored on infrastructure located in Australia or in jurisdictions with comparable privacy protections. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We use encryption in transit and at rest where technically practical.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email hello@ausdataremoval.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
